Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.
