All worked well staff friendly and helpful. Paying with BACS catered for on ordering system. The two diff pressure sensors I ordered arrived well packaged and as ordered. Cant ask for more than that.

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.
