I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Not happy. My original fire was couriered to me yet replacement coals cant be wrapped in bubble wrap and posted. i have to travel to pick them up from a store. How did they arrive to the store - by magic carpet
