The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
