Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub

The product was good but it took a very long time to arrive. I think it was the best part of two weeks. I would have thought that this would have arrived in no more than twothree days.

The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery".
