Friendly and professional company, there was a hiccup in the delivery but upon finding out, they went out of their way to rectify the situation to everyones satisfaction. Would recommend and use this company again

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous.

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
