very good service. mailed on sunday to ask how long to get part.mail reply early monday morning.ordered 10.00am monday and delivered to door tuesday 2.00pm.it was only a knob for a gas fire but postage was cheaper than other sites.can only recomend site.

Cant recommend this company highly enough .I brought an ideal standard toilet,40% cheaper than I had found anywhere else .It was delivered within 48 hours and there was excellent communication and information from both Mytub and its couriers.I would most Definately use this company again.

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. ordered two parts one was wrong when delivered. Phoned office they ordered correct part and it was delivered next day. Things do go wrong and it shows how good a company is in how they put it right in this case top marks. Will use MyTub again Great Service.
