I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France.
Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made.
In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing.
These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday...
If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation!

Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well.
