Despite the issues with covid19 and lockdown, this company went well beyond the norm to get my mira shower doors, to me in time. Also kept me well informed. Its importantant we support are local companies. Mytub was also cheaper than other major companies which was a great bonus.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.
