I have no problem, and have done so, in recommending mytub to friends and colleagues. The item arrived as advised, I fitted it, we now have heating.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.

We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way.
