Very pleased with the Liff tap I ordered, thank you.
Christine was on the case and kept me informed and updated on the expected delivery date.
I fitted this replacement tap next day and it is working fine.
Will use MyTub again when I have the chance.

I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT

We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.
