Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!
