I could not get the exact part from the Manufacturer anymore, My Tub found it and at a reasonable price.

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

Excellent service with relevant updates about the order progress. The Grohe Flush Push button Mark 2 version arrived on time and now that it is fitted works better than the original and the price was right too! Well done MyTub.
