A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!
I was kept fully informed as to the ordering, dispatching and delivery of my part.

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.
