I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time.
