Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find.
