We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. There are an extensive range of Items on the website all of which are competitively priced. I am satisfied with the service provided and have placed a further order with MyTub.

Great fast service delivery driver was very polite rang me about half hour before he delivered I was able to tell although I was not there my mother was but she is a bit nervy due to her dementia and put the package in dinning room for her, our also spoke to the driver and said how polite he was
