Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. I would highly recommend buying from this site. I bought a spare oven part and it arrived in 2 days with all fittings, instructions and metal bars already glued on. Great service and would definately use again

I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.
Can find no fault with MyTub from our pre-order queries to receipt of goods.
