The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!...

Very good service, even when I forgot to order a basin to go with the vanity unit they got it delivered in a few days. would use them again....

Hi, Im sorry but I am not very impressed with the speed of your service.
I placed my order on the 18th October, I had a totally different part delivered last week even though the paperwork had the right part description on it. I phoned the number on the delivery note and I was told the correct part would come the next day - it didnt, & it didnt come the day after that either so I phoned again and was told they had to re-order and it would be with me by Monday this week - it wasnt, I waited until Thursday and had to phone them again - the part is in the warehouse and apparently it will be with me tomorrow!
What looked like a good value product has caused me to phone my customer three times to explain the delay and call your supplied three times so far at peak rate to find out what is ha...

Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
On finding the unit, the site said it would update me as to availability, which it duly did, and then delivered next day, not bad !! Very simple to use and quick with it....

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!...
