Good website which is very easy to navigate. Excellent prices which are very easy to pay. My only moan is why it was not possible to tell me that one item was out of stock with the manufacturer until the day delvery was due. Communication with me was good when thi happened - though too late to be practically useful as opposed to "just reassuring". Of course when youre buying over the internet, reassuring is very important when there is a glitch. All in all, a very crieditable effort by real people who do their best - which is not at all bad.

Got the product I wanted at the best price I could find. Slight mix up on delivery date and pedestal came later but sorted out OK and very good customer service. Would give 4 out of 5 given mix up but 5 out of 5 if it were not for that. Would definitly reccommend and go back if I need anything in future.

This is the second order I have placed with MyTub in a year and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the transactions. Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.
