Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. I am quite pleased with the service. The order arrived when promised although the driver of the lorry was a bit upset because he had a very large lorry and we live in a very small lane. In addition the address was incorrect. The house name is Avalon and is on Old Barn Lane in Churt, Surrey.

Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

MyTub have gone way beyond the extra mile in fulfilling my order after items went missing in the post. Even though the problem was not of their making, the customer service team have been second to none and they stayed fully focused on my order until all issues were resolved and for this they have my gratitude.
In general, I found MyTub very easy to deal with and the whole experience for me was positive as they provide an excellent level of service, quality components and very keen prices.
Ordering was very easy through the desktop website and although I did not have need to use the mobile version, I have no reason to think that there would be any issues.
