I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. I am quite pleased with the service. The order arrived when promised although the driver of the lorry was a bit upset because he had a very large lorry and we live in a very small lane. In addition the address was incorrect. The house name is Avalon and is on Old Barn Lane in Churt, Surrey.
