Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire.

Very impressed with service . Most suppliers just indicated the part was obsolete. You came back with a further request and searched for a replacement part which worked fine. For an on-line supplier this was explementary service . Will certainly recommend to other gas engineers.
