In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
