Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.
Thanks for your service. I will use you again. M.Bradbury

They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

Hi Peter
I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. However the 4 items have been reordered and as

Good website and good communication - Delivery came on time - Packing could have been better as its a delicate bath panel and it was only padded at both ends but the edge, top and bottom, wasnt protected and there is slight damage a dent along the top but luckily it does not show when fitted, as long as it doesnt make the bath panel susceptible to cracking at a later stage.
