Thanks very much took a week to get the part but you were the only ones who could come up with it, I had already tried three other parts suppliers cheers

Excellent communication and service! Such a contrast from a previous company we had used. Wish we had found MyTub before. Would definitely use them again.

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Overall really happy with the service I received. Thank you

I ordered a toilet cistern which arrived promptly but I had selected the wrong item. When I called for help to get the right item, Steve was extremely helpful and patient in getting me the correct one. Many thanks!

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)
