The goods ordered arrived well within the estimated delivery time and the service was very professional. It was also reassuring to be able to speak to someone who actually understood what I was ordering.
Overall I was very satisfied with the service from Mytub and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I was pleased with the product (it worked) and level of communication later into the buying process but was left disappointed with the sales tactics.
I had chosen MyTub because when I called you gave me a lead time which was shorter than my plumber had stated. We were without a shower and wanted it working as soon as possible. The wording Does not have an automatic price update please enquire really means the price quoted on the page is meaningless. I checked the stock on the system and received an email saying the item is in stock. The system allowed me to order and pay at the price shown but I was then emailed and asked if I really wanted this colour and if so the price was 50% higher because it was a special order!
As far as Im concerned I was offered goods for a price, I accepted that offer and paid that price and then was told the price is significantly higher. I dont consider this to be good practice and recommend the wording be reviewed.
