Excellent service, you were able to supply quickly, brand new, an obsolete boiler part, not available from the manufacturer anymore, which I had thought was going to be unobtainable. Your website made it very easy to find what I needed. Thank you

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.

Steve, thank you! My compliments on your excellent (and speedy) customer service.
I work in customer research / feedback myself, and I'll certainly be quoting MyTub in the future as an excellent example of turning customer feedback into action!
