Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose.
