Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and, when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.
Would use again.

Good price, but took 3 weeks to arrive. Too long!
Good communication from customer services though

Pleased with prices but delivery should be free for all items if you're ordering over £25, not just random parts. Also, delivery estimate should be available before you buy,

Good Service, I was able to identify the correct part and they arrived promptly

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Well, not only did MyTub have the parts - they were a fraction of the cost I expected and they were delivered within the week with no problems. Brilliant and highly recommended!! Thank you very much!
