I'm happy to give you feedback as requested, here goes...
Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. I can always find what I am looking for on their website by using the search facility.

It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. I am totally happy with the item and if the delivery had gone to plan on the original day I would be singing your pra

Kept me very well informed on the progress of my order.
Original order was not delivered as MyTub advised me the item they were going to supply was in a damaged condition.
They handled everything in a very professional manner.
Would not hesitate in recommending MYTub to friends, family etc.
