Wonderful experience all around. Excellent communication, kept me uptodate on delivery timescales and progress.
Could not have expected more from a little known company. Will come back again if need anything else.

The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.
