Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. Brilliant service. Easy to order, came slightly quicker than initially estimated but with confirmatiuon of delivery day by e-mail ahead of the time meant no problem. Price was good, too! Would use you again on this experience.

Great service at a great price. Liked the fact that the item description made it very clear that pre-2003 models needed to order a new seat as well as the hinges. Advice was spot on. Cheers.
