Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.

Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately.

Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.

Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. Got more than i expected, I got 2 wheels, 2 bearing sets and a pivot pin, delivery was quick, and kept me informed of when and where I would get the product. these cutters also fit the larger cutters by gerberit.
