The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.

when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.

On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.

Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.
