The product arrived quickly, it was what I ordered and Im very happy with it! And the price was the lowest I could find on the Internet.

Pleased with prices but delivery should be free for all items if you're ordering over £25, not just random parts. Also, delivery estimate should be available before you buy,

Order now completed satisfactorily. Thank you for your service.

Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable
Overall a good service! Thanks.

Its a shame that you could not get the restricted flow taps which were still on your web site but service was good once this was identified and items replaced with standard, un-restricted, ones. Thanks.

Deborah , in the office was excellent and very responsive to the delivery failure. You were let down by your supplier , however it would not put me off using you again . Good Customer service overall. thanks

This is the 2nd time I have used your company and on both occasions the prices were very competitive and the service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective customers.

Product was as ordered delivery very prompt but packaging excessive which results in very exspensive postage cost for very tiny object

Order delivered on time and as described.
Web page is easy to navigate although a tad basic in looks. Does the job though.
