I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Thanks particularly to Rachel who handled the matter efficiently and fairly. The final outsome is staisfactory.
