I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.
