Really great customer service - we changed our minds about the bath model and they were only too happy to accommodate. Staff were polite and efficient at all times. Thank you.

I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why
Kind regards & thanks, Alan

Hi Alan
Sorry for the confusion, you should not have been charged for the delivery and it is getting refunded to you now.

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

Items were correct as per description and price point was great. However the 3 weeks for delivery of complete order seems was excessive.

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.
