Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th.
