Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.

The goods ordered arrived well within the estimated delivery time and the service was very professional. It was also reassuring to be able to speak to someone who actually understood what I was ordering.
Overall I was very satisfied with the service from Mytub and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). However, my initial delight was short-lived. An estimated delivery of 10 days...surely you can do better than that. In fact, if it wasn't for an email on the 5th day to the support department regarding the order, it probably would've been longer than 10 days, since the order hadn't been processed.
Once the order was processed though, the part arrived within 2 days. A perfect match for the removed item, and it installed without any problems.
So, despite the rather long waiti

The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful.

Yours was one of very few companies offering the pump I wanted, and the only company offering the Pegler isolating valves in 28mm. I have bookmarked you because of the comprehensive nature of your list.
That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.
