Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again.
