There was a minor hiccup with this order, but that only highlighted the superb service that My Tub gives when all is not well. Full Marks to them!!! PS - All went well in the end.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Found ordering straight forward.It was a little confusing that the date of arrival was found to be a day before the depot received it ,but I was confident that it would arrive the next day . And so it did.

Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.
