Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you

Very satisfied customer. You obviously had some problems with your supplier but kept me informed throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Vendor delivered exactly as promised. I’ll use this supplier again.
The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. Other staff including the manager tell me he was removed f

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. I need to order the basin to go with it Salgar Motril 8100mm but cannot find it on your website. Please advise me of its code so that i can order it for delivery after Xmas. Many thanks.
