What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.

Had been let down by another online company who wanted 3 weeks lead time to deliver - from order to availability in store with MyTub was around 30 minutes!!
Very helpful lady on the phone (Christine) made sure of stock availability and advised of a store in driving distance which had the stock for colection the same morning rather than waiting the modest 1-2 day delivery!!
VERY IMPRESSED, will be using again soon for my plumbing business, especially with these prices!!

I found your website very easy and straightforward and in particular I found the telephone link invaluable in ascertaining the availability of the part and the staff on the phone could not have been more helpful.
