I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.
