Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.
