The website was easy to navigate, quickly finding what I wanted. The rest of the process was smooth. The grab rail arrived within a few days of purchasing it.

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. You were also courteous while I was asking what turned out to be a foolish question! : Your supplier rang me promptly to arrange delivery, which was in the timeframe specified. Thanks!

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me.

The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins
