Very satisfied customer. You obviously had some problems with your supplier but kept me informed throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service, email communication of order status is first class, will make this site my first point of call for all of my plumbing requirements, thank you.

Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part.
Thank you

I could not recommend this company more highly.
Very easy to track my order, I received regular updates as to the delivery status, and the order was made on the day they advised.
