Item not in stock so I was disappointed with the delivery time but, otherwise, service and communication was good.

each time I have phoned, the lady has been most helpful.
item came on the day scheduled, but would have liked a rough guide - say perhaps before 12noon or after 12noon.
love the item, matches exactly the taps I already have.
